Day 1 - Varanasi Arrival & Sightseeing

Welcome to Kashi Dharma Nagri.
Meet our representative at the airport / railway station and get transferred to your pre-booked hotel.
Rest for a while.
In the evening, get ready to experience the Evening Ganga Aarti Ceremony at Dashashwamedh Ghat.
Aarti can be pre-booked at an additional cost.
Get a glimpse of the spiritualism at the Ganga Ghats (river front).
Enjoy the Ganga Aarti on Boat.
Explore the old city tour and various ghats of Varanasi like Manikarnika, Panchganga Ghat and Harishchandra Ghat etc. (optional and by own cost).
Stay overnight at the hotel in Varanasi.

Personal Expenses such as Insurance, Laundry, telephone, tips, gratuity, Mineral/soft/hard drinks.
In Varanasi, sightseeing is not possible by big bus, as buses are not allowed. For some points of sightseeing guests have to walk and only Sarnath bus will be allowed to go. Rest by E-Rickshaw/Auto (at own cost).
Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary, will be charged extra.
Single Pick-up & Departure is included in the cost. Multiple arrivals and departures will be charged extra.
Camera fees, Guide / tour escort charges & Entrance Fees at monuments, parks, museums, gardens etc.
Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
Anything not in inclusions is excluded.
Guide – We strongly recommend including a guide in the package. Managing the trip without a guide can be difficult for the client, and to ensure smooth coordination throughout, adding a guide for the entire itinerary is advisable. Additional charges applicable.
There will be some places/points as per the detailed itinerary where the vehicle will be allowed up to a certain point due to government restrictions and from there onwards guests may have to walk or commute via E-Rickshaw or Auto (at their own cost).
FOC Policy – 15 + 1. In case the number of rooms are less than 15, then FOC policy doesn't apply.
Just FYI, regarding the Magh Mela in Prayagraj, UP, the transport will drop you as far as it can, but during Mela time, it's a real hassle. Every client faces this issue. If you're going, you'll have to manage. Sometimes the cab might drop you 10km away.
In Varanasi, no cab is permitted near Kashi Vishwanath Temple area & Ganga Ghat area in Varanasi. Our Cab will drop guests at the nearest parking area.
In Ayodhya, only Local Auto/Battery Rickshaw is permitted for Temple Tour for Local sightseeing.
Anything not mentioned in the inclusions is excluded.

Air fair is calcualted at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 4 days of departure date.
100% payment is to be made for international packages before 7 days of departure date.
