Day 1 - Arrival at Port Blair – City Tour

Upon arrival at Port Blair Airport, meet the tour representative, who will receive you and escort you to the hotel.
After hotel check-in and some time to relax, proceed for sightseeing at Corbyn’s Cove Beach and Cellular Jail.
Visit Corbyn’s Cove Beach, a coconut-palm-fringed beach located approximately 3 kilometres from town. The beach is ideal for swimming and sunbathing, with facilities including hotels, restaurants, a bar, changing rooms, and adventure water sports. Japanese bunkers can be seen along the way, while Snake Island, situated across the beach, is popular for scuba diving.
Explore Cellular Jail, a National Memorial that stands as a witness to the hardships endured by Indian freedom fighters incarcerated on the islands. Completed in 1906, the jail was named for its individual cells designed for solitary confinement. Its original seven-block structure had three storeys and a central tower connected by honeycomb-like corridors.
In the evening, enjoy the Light and Sound Show at Cellular Jail, which brings the saga of India's freedom struggle to life through sound and lighting effects, recounting the atrocities faced by freedom fighters deported to these islands.
