🏨 Hotel Policy

• Standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM
• Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability & chargeable
• Rooms are provided in the base category unless specified
• Most hotels in hill stations may have limited facilities (lift, power backup, hot water timings, etc.)

🚗 Transport Policy

• Vehicles are provided on a point-to-point basis (not on disposal)
• Vehicle may change during the tour as per local regulations
• Due to parking restrictions, pickup/drop may be from nearby points
• Guests are requested to adhere to timings for smooth operations
• Any extra usage of vehicle will be chargeable

🏔️ Travel & Permit Conditions

• Visits to Tsomgo Lake / Baba Mandir / Nathula Pass are subject to permits & weather conditions
• Nathula Pass is not guaranteed and depends on government approval
• In case of permit issues or bad weather, alternate arrangements will be provided (no refund)

⚠️ General Conditions

• The company is not responsible for delays due to landslides, weather, traffic, or strikes
• Any unutilized services are non-refundable
• Itinerary may be adjusted based on local conditions without compromising services
• Guests are advised to carry valid ID proof for travel & hotel check-in

👶 Child Policy

• Children below 5 years: Complimentary (without bed)
• Children 5–10 years: Chargeable (with/without bed as per booking)
• Above 10 years: Considered as adult
