Day 1 - Delhi to Manali — Overnight Volvo Journey

Arrive at the airport and reach the Volvo bus stand on your own.
Volvo departure timings are between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM, and your ticket will be booked in advance.
Begin your overnight journey from Delhi to Manali by Luxury Volvo Bus.
Transfer Note: If you require a transfer from the airport or railway station to the Volvo bus stand, a supplement of ₹2,000–₹2,500 per way for a sedan taxi will be applicable.
You may also book a cab through the Ola/Uber app at your own expense, approximately ₹500–₹800 per way.

Exclusions

5% GST extra on the total billing.
Additional sightseeing, extra vehicle usage and night charges beyond those mentioned in the itinerary will be charged extra.
Only one pickup and one departure are included in the cost. Multiple arrivals and departures will be charged extra.
Rohtang Pass and Hamta Pass visits will be charged extra and require a union cab during the summer season. These locations may remain closed due to heavy snowfall.
Camera fees, guide or tour escort charges, and entrance fees at monuments, parks, museums and gardens.
Any cost arising from natural calamities, landslides, road blockages, political disturbances or similar circumstances, payable directly by the client on the spot.
Any increase in taxes or fuel prices that leads to an increase in surface transportation or land arrangement costs before departure.
Room heater charges during winter, payable directly by the guest.
During winter, snow cab/4×4 cab charges are not included and will be payable directly by the guest, if required.
Personal expenses such as insurance, laundry, telephone, tips, gratuities and mineral, soft or hard drinks.

100% payment is to be made for domestic packages before 4 days of departure date.
100% payment is to be made for international packages before 7 days of departure date.
